Privacy Policy
Scope and current status
This policy describes the current pre-launch ZIVRO website, operated by Koyel Land and Plot Developers Private Limited, with registered office at Unit No. 11WS3N, Eleventh Floor, West Block, Street No. 372, Action Area-I IIF, New Town, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal – 700156, India. A dedicated privacy contact must be confirmed before customer data collection or sales are introduced.
Information currently requested
Customer sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. We receive your basic account profile (such as name and email) or phone number. When you submit an order request, we store your customer identifier, name, contact number, delivery address, selected products, quantities, calculated product value and request status so the ZIVRO team can review and manage it. An order request is unpaid and subject to availability and delivery confirmation.
Hosting and private access
The hosting provider may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website. Customer authentication uses Google Firebase. Firebase processes account identifiers and authentication data; phone verification also uses reCAPTCHA and processes your phone number for authentication and abuse prevention. Google’s privacy terms apply to those services. The private review version may additionally use hosting-provider sign-in.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
With your permission, ZIVRO records first-party website activity such as page visits, product views, bag and sign-in steps, delivery views, quantity changes and order submission steps. A random session identifier is used. Activity may be linked to your customer account after sign-in. We do not record typed field values, passwords, OTPs, card details or screen recordings in activity events. You may choose Essential only to decline optional activity tracking. Submitted order records are kept regardless of this optional choice.
Future orders and support
Before ordering, enquiries or customer accounts are enabled, this notice must be updated to identify the information collected, purposes, relevant providers, retention periods, customer rights and working contact channels. Customer information must not be sold or used for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate basis.
Payment information
No payment processor is currently connected. A future checkout must identify its provider and relevant privacy information before use. ZIVRO must not request or store card CVVs, card PINs, UPI PINs or payment OTPs.
Health-related information
No health assessment or medical-record upload is available. If such features are introduced, their purposes, access safeguards and applicable consent requirements must be explained separately before information is collected.
Retention and security
Address drafts are kept in browser session storage until you submit an order request. Submitted order and customer records are stored on the website backend and accessible only to the authorized website owner through the protected admin panel. Access is checked on the server. Records are retained for order management and customer support; contact us for questions or deletion requests. No payment data is collected in this flow.
Requests, changes and contact
Visitors should use the published privacy contact once it is confirmed to raise access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions where applicable. The current site does not yet publish a verified privacy contact. This document will be updated when the service changes.
