The website currently presents concept products and packaging. It does not offer a checkout, paid consultation or subscription. No payment gateway is connected and no payment is collected here.

Before any product is offered for sale, its actual description, ingredients, quantity, directions, suitability, warnings, manufacturer and required label information will be published. Illustrative packaging images are illustrative and do not represent manufactured stock.
Pricing and payment
The intended checkout currency is Indian Rupees (INR), subject to merchant confirmation. Final selling prices, tax treatment and delivery charges must be displayed before payment. Orders and availability
Sales terms for order acceptance, stock availability and confirmation will be finalised before checkout opens. No pre-orders are currently accepted. Customers must not be charged for an unavailable concept product.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
ZIVRO does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Cancellation before dispatch, qualifying defective or wrong deliveries, non-delivery and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Delivery and No-Return, Cancellation & Refund policies. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
